adidas pure boost running shoe

Without mesh uppers, synthetic overlays and energy-returning boost soles, we're not sure how man ever managed survive a long distance run before the invention of high tech running shoes. Luckily, we live in a world blessed by comfortable shoe gadgetry - such as adidas' latest Pure Boost Reveal and Energy Boost Reveal trainers.

The Energy Boost Reveal sees adidas' latest Boost midsole technology feature on a rugged running shoe: a TORSION system helps the sole of the shoe grip your foot for added comfort and support, ideal for runners who aren't afraid of running in wet, slippery conditions.

The Pure Boost Reveal packs its tricks into its heel, thanks to a suede device called the TIRRENINA heel counter that locks the foot in place without restricting movement. The toebox also benefits from a reinforced layer, which means these could be the ideal trainer for pounding the treadmill.

The Energy Boost Reveal is now available on adidas.com for £120, with the Pure Boost Reveal set to arrive in the next week.
