Rake brings out your inner rogue

rogue.png

Rogues. Cads. Men about town. Call them what you will, these suave, stubbly, lipstick-collared gents have long been types to whom we aspire.

While top menswear brand Rake can’t assist you with the portfolio of rascally anecdotes you’ll need to achieve true ‘rogue’ status, it can at least help you look the part.

Rake Lounge, the label’s elegant new evening wear collection, available now exclusively at Matches, is designed specifically for the 21st-century cad.

As with previous Rake collections, it’s all about the attention to detail. Smoked mother-of-pearl buttons adorn shirts (£215), while midnight-blue jackets come complete with a splendidly dapper satin trim (£1,666). There are even knitted silk bow ties and Ascot cravats (from £90) to complete the look.

All you need now is a half-drunk bottle of champagne and a wedding party to stumble out of.
