Proper cleansing – preferably morning and evening - is perhaps the most basic tenet of good skin as it removes excess sebum and impurities while allowing all those fancy unguents (see elsewhere on The Groomsman) to absorb into your dermis properly. Cleanse with caution, though: anything too harsh will work like paint stripper on your skin and anything too mild won’t sort out that shiny forehead. Sensitive Skin

A non-detergent cleanser for guys with highly sensitive skin that flares up at the mere whiff of a spicy curry. Fragrance-free, paraben-free and sulphate-free, there’s absolutely nothing in this hypo-allergenic formula that’s likely to cause you to break out. It does give you a thorough clean, though.

Oily Skin
