Whenever we end up hopping onto a bicycle, we like to remain fairly non-committal about the whole process. We aim to give off the "just happened to come across a bike" look, exemplified in those French films we can't remember the names of.

Therefore, the thought of clothes designed specifically for cycling are of little interest. They imply far too much intent.

We're willing to bend this rule however after seeing the new collection from Fred Perry. Their new retro cycling shirts are based on 60's designs and celebrate the connection between sport and subculture. We're also betting they'll work equally well on and off the back of a bike.
