Why Starbucks spells your name wrong

Theoretically, remembering and then writing someone's name down isn't a hugely difficult task but if you've ever been to Starbucks at least one time, you'll have seen firsthand that it's apparently impossible.

Finally, an answer has arrived, courtesy of comedian Paul Gale who has created this hilarious explanation of just why it all goes wrong.
