VIDEO: Motorbike Crash Throws Rider Over Wall

The first rule of riding a bike: don't drive it straight at a wall.

Unfortunately, a former world champion motorcyclist forgot this and ended up flipping straight over a fence after ploughing into it headfirst.

Ducati rider Nicky Hayden lost control of his bike at the Aragon Moto GP and veered straight for the wall, but after being taken to the medical centre at the racetrack was declared fit and well.

He should probably consider going back to the basics for the next race though - get the old stabilisers out and take it from there.
