VIDEO: Man on drugs asks "What is drugs?"

So you've all been there, right? You're out to prove that you have 'swag' so you begin an hour-long chase with police at speeds of 100mph.

Classic Friday behaviour right?

Well it definitely is for 24-year-old Vardan Aslanyan who decided to put on a dangerous display of bad driving in Hollywood last week.

When he was finally caught, he decided to waive his right to remain silent and, while "reportedly" under the influence of drugs, chose the best defence possible: playing dumb about the entire existence of drugs.

Nicely played. Let the meme-ing begin.
