Typographic Joke Posters

Choosing a font is a nightmare: Times New Roman is dull but at least makes you look serious. Arial is a bit flasher. Comic Sans - you've gone too far.

But at least we're not designers: those poor guys have to agonise over the right font on every project, to suit the tone and style of what they're trying to create.

Well, designer Gary Nicholson has provided an antidote to this, with with five light-hearted posters making puns on typography, in his words, "to lift the spirit of fellow designers".

Well, job done, but we're disappointed he couldn't come up with a pun on Haettenschweiler. Lazy.
