Two Guys Race Up A Building And Jump Off

Jogging is a struggle at the best of times.

A gentle run round the block a couple of times a week is enough excitement for most of us. But not in South Africa. There they do things a little differently. And by differently, we mean they run up massive derelict buildings and then fling themselves off.

For their latest heart-stopping GoPro video, base jumpers Andy and Jean decided to run up a tower block and then jump out for reasons that aren't immediately apparent.

The thing that really scared us? The distinct lack of a bannister on the stairwell. Come on guys, safety first, please.
