This is the only 27-minute sci-fi electro music mixtape you need to hear today

Cantina.jpg

This, right here, is what the inside of every mega geek’s head almost definitely sounds like.

Using a bunch of samples from stacks of sci-fi TV shows and films from Back to the Future to The Terminator by way of Star Wars, this dance remix from Eclectic Method is one hundred percent the song you’ll be hearing at your annual Trekkie party later this month (you got the invite, right? You didn’t? Oh, er, must have got lost in the post or something…).

Yes, it’s almost half an hour. No, it’s not going to make it anywhere near the charts. But goddamn, somebody’s spent a REALLY long time making this, and you’ll absolutely have this stuck in your head for the rest of the day.

Don’t fight it. Don’t even question it. Just hit play.
