During our year-long search for the UK's best burger, we often struggled to fully encapsulate the wonder of a burger in a single image. Displaying the sheer beauty of meat sandwiched in a bun is something that requires great skill.

We should have been taking tips from Mathew Ramsey, our new favourite burger snapper.

The infinitely talented Washington DC resident has started a new site called Pornburger which isn't as filthy as it sounds, unless you're a vegetarian, as he specialises in taking stunning burger photos and making us all very very hungry.

Check out his site here, which will be updated every week with a new shot.
