The Most Convincing (And Terrifying) Real Poltergeist Video We've Ever Seen

Ok, we get it. People post a lot of weird and often disappointing videos on the internet but this short clip of a poltergeist having a terrifying meltdown in a kitchen is pretty incredible.

Sure, it starts off a little slow and you might initially blame the music for vibrating a few objects in the kitchen, but just wait. Shit gets very real.

The footage was filmed by Ashy Murphy in her home in Ireland, beginning fairly non-scary with a swinging lampshade before all hell breaks loose. Murphy later posted the clip to Facebook saying: "It's getting way worse, I defo [SIC] have to move house.'
