The Game Of Thrones Ned Stark Speedrun

gotspeed2.jpg

Brace yourselves - the recaps are coming.

As the internet begins working itself up into a fevered frenzy of Game of Thrones references and Westeros in-jokes (which we'll obviously be joining in with), Vanity Fair has revealed that it's joined with the team of 1A4Studio to create a series of animated speed runs, recapping the major plot points and character arcs of HBO's blood-soaked, raunchy series.

First out of the blocks is The Life of Ned Stark, depicting the rise and fall of the Lord Paramount of the North and the beginnings of the war for the Iron Throne. Slick, silly and short, it's a surprisingly effective synopsis of ten hours of plot.

And yes, there are obviously spoilers. Unless you've seen the series. Or read the books. We're just covering our backs because, you know, the internet is weird like that.
