The Evolution of the Batsuit

Bathero2.jpg

76 years on, and still in fashion.

There's no doubt that the batsuit has outlived every other fashion trend you can think of: flares, skinny jeans, tank tops - the works.

It's still cool today, and has now been celebrated in this excellent infographic from Fashion Stork. Tracking the evolution of Batman's trusty cowl, cape and bodysuit with 12 different models, it stretches through the years from 1939 all the way up to the Christopher Nolan trilogy which culminated in 2012.

Obviously With Batman v Superman due next year, it'll soon need an update, but it'll do nicely for now.
