Terrifying giant hole swallows 12 cars outside Mississippi restaurant

Diners in a Mississippi restaurant were understandably a little miffed when a gigantic hole opened up in the car park and swallowed all their cars.

In scenes reminiscent of a Roland Emmerich movie a 400ft hole mysteriously appeared in the restaurant car park and consumed 12 vehicles. Luckily no one was hurt because they were all enjoying their meals inside.

Buck Roberts, the public safety director for the area, told the Meridian Star that the unexplained Saturday night collapse was definitely not the result of a sinkhole.

This leaves the distinct possibility that it could have been the result of a diabolical 1970s-style money making scheme by Lex Luther.
