While we've often debated the perks of being miniature, we're now convinced that being a giant is probably the way to go.

Aside from the completely achievable goal of world domination, we've learnt from these amazing pictures that things look a whole lot nicer from up in the sky.

Normal-sized photographer and pilot Alex Maclean has travelled all over the US to discover the most impressive views from above and then snapped them for those of us too lazy to go to all the effort. Managing to turn mundane landscapes into pieces of art, his work has been shown all around the world.
