Forget your Oscars, your Golden Globes and your Emmys - time was, you weren't really a pop culture superstar unless you'd made a guest appearance in The Simpsons. We're not going to pass comment on whether that's still true (it's not), but we are going to revel in the glory of these guest star models created for The Simpsons’ 25th anniversary.

Created by the exacting hands of the NECA model builders, the fourth wave of guest star collectibles has been revealed, featuring Buzz Aldrin, Tom Jones, Weird Al Yankovic, Elvis Costello and Aerosmith.

The new release adds to the likes of James Brown, Penn and Teller, R.E.M. and Hugh Hefner. The latest set is due to become available in October, with one final grouping of stars to emerge before the end of the year.

Head over the NECA site for more details on the series, and start clearing some room on your shelves.
