Simplified public figures

While we like to think that we've got some pretty defined, recognisable looks going on, chances are if you took away all of our distinguishing facial features, we'd be forgettable piles of mush.

If you're a rather well-known public figure, things are clearly quite different.

Ali Alsumayin has illustrated this with his collection of portraits that strip icons down to the bare essentials. From Gandhi right through to Larry King, their almost uniform-like dress gives them a distinctiveness us normals will never be able to replicate. Sorry.
