Scumbag Bison

Frozen Planet (Wednesday, 9pm, BBC1) is proving to be exactly the jaw-dropping TV Auntie has become synonymous with when she puts her mind to nature.

Highlight of this season has been the penguin thief of episode two, but episode three bought further proof of scumbaggery between animals that are meant to be working together against the cold of our poles, and the predators that roam them.

Watch here as a bison battles a pack of wolves, desperate to rip its flesh from it's bones. The bulky bovin's fight looks difficult enough, but then a stampeding mate of his adds his cumbersome efforts to proceedings and it's goodnight, god bless.
