Robots have feelings too

While we're usually quite ready to fear or ridicule robots, we often find it harder to care about their feelings.

What if someone had simply stopped and asked the T-1000 if he ever felt lonely or misunderstood? How about if we'd taken the time to listen to some of HAL's problems for once?

Well, finally someone has opened up their ears, mind and probably heart and let steel flood in.

Chris Gerringer, aka Paperbeatscissors, has created the 'Droid Feelings' series which takes on four Star Wars robots and dares to ask them how they're feeling.

The results are pretty inspirational and should, at the very least, cause you to offer up a simple "thanks" next time you visit a cash machine.
