Red Bull's space freefall

Remember that time you jumped from space to earth. NO! Because you never did it.

Red Bull stunt-diver Felix Baumgartner is going to attempt to do just that today.

After being lifted into the atmosphere by a helium balloon to 23 miles above New Mexico, he will make the jump wearing a special pressurised suit and helmet. Felix will then attempt to break the freefall record of 19 miles by launching himself into the earth's atmosphere. Plus he's going to go faster than the speed of sound.
