Pigeon Flies at 60mph On The Motorway

Pigeons are probably the least glamorous members of the bird family: they're coloured a dingy grey, they're sometimes missing a toe or two, and they're usually locked in a battle just to survive the mean city streets.

But it seems they do have some skills in their armoury, including the ability to navigate motorways with ease.

This amazing video shows a pigeon maintaining 60mph for a good half a mile, furiously flapping along between some speeding cars.

It's very impressive, although some points for next time: indicate before changing lanes, and stop hogging the middle one.
