Offensive Ice Lollies

HERO lollies.jpg

While an ice lolly (or popsicle - hi American readers) offers a good five minutes of cold joy, it's always slightly ruined by the fact the stick on which it sits is guaranteed to have an incredibly unfunny joke on it.

So we were pretty happy when we stumbled upon these Schaden-Freezers ice lollies, which take the beginnings of a standard stick joke and turn it into something actually amusing.

Inspired by the German word schadenfreude, which means taking pleasure from someone else's misery, the fake treats were dreamed up by ad execs Matt Moore and Jason Kreher at Wieden+Kennedy.

They're not available to actually buy but if you want to see more of this genius, head to the tumblr schadenfreezers.tumblr.com
