Minimalist art movement posters

art_hero.jpg

Here at ShortList, we're passionate believers in the classic adage that less really is more. Except when it comes to dinner portions.

So following in the minimalist footsteps of these superhero and movie posters, we now have something a little more high-brow for your eyes.

These brilliantly simple posters take on various art movements with one iconic image apiece. They come from graphic designer Outmane Amahou who has given us all a much-needed lesson in art history with this set of awesome images.
