Mind-boggling GTA V photo series

Ever played Grand Theft Auto V for so long that you have to remind yourself that jumping into other people's cars isn't socially acceptable? If so, remind us never to go for a drive with you.

Those of you with an addiction to Rockstar Games' masterpiece will find a certain affinity with Benoit Paillé's photo series, Crossroad of Realities. The Canadian photographer's project takes an image captured in GTA V, and proceeds to mess with your head.

By blurring the initial image, Paillé adds a level of 'reality' by superiposing the gamer's arm holding a photo capturing device, which again shows the GTA V image. "It is a questioning about the notion of border and territory," explains Paillé. "A mix of two distinct realities into a single image. I want to show that we can use a virtual space in conceptual photography and approach these areas with the same sensitivity as the physical space."

Head to Benoit Paillé's Behance page to see more of his amazing photo trickery.
