On the eve of the new Premier League Season, a big name has made a sensational return.

Ted Lasso - played by US comedian Jason Sudeikis - has appeared for the first time since his brief reign at Tottenham Hotspur came to an inglorious end, in this brilliant video made by NBC Sports, who will carry the forthcoming coverage of the Premier League (or the EPL) in the States this season.

It turns out he's been involved a few different jobs since his disastrous spell as coach at White Hart Lane - but he retains a fondness for England and its quirky ways.
