Illustrations Turning Trainers Into Vehicles

We've all seen heelys, but one graphic designer has taken that concept and run with it.

Bucharest-based illustrator Ghica Popa has created these brilliant images which reimagine five different types of New Balance trainers as different types of vehicles.

One has been turned into a yacht, another into a sand vehicle, while another still is a snow glider. If the old woman who lived in a shoe had lived in one of these, she'd have probably had a lot more fun.

Check out more of Ghica's work at his website.
