If Iconic Cars Were Transformers

Our first experience of watching Transformers (the cartoon) was life changing. Honestly. Every bus could be an Autobot, every truck could hide an Optimus Prime - the ice cream van could have been a Decepticon.

As exciting (and paranoid) as those days were, such childhood wonder fades for most. But not for artist Darren Rawlings.

If They Could Transform sees Rawlings give some of the most iconic vehicles of television and TV a superb Transformer interpretation. From the Duke's of Hazard's General Lee to a rather charming Herbie, we'd love to see these vehicles make it into a future Bay film.

You can check out more of Rawlings' brilliant work on his DeviantArt page.
