Explosion At Fireworks Factory Caught On Camera

Firework.jpg
Until now, we’d foolishly believed that the threat of fireworks factories blowing up was just limited to episodes of Itchy & Scratchy. How wrong we were...

Because here comes ear-popping footage to prove otherwise. The blast takes place at a fireworks plant in Granada, Colombia, and is so strong that even the cameraman is sent toppling while documenting the unique accident which reportedly left two people injured.

Luckily, the consummate professional he is, he was able to get back into position and carry on recording for a good minute or so, ensuring we now all know precisely what an explosion at a fireworks factory looks like. Or Mario Balotelli's bathroom, for that matter.

For the sake of Colombia avoiding any more ironic disasters, let’s just hope there are no lava lamp factories perched next to active volcanoes.
