Whether you're taking forty winks, a power nap or simply resting your eyes, there's a lot to be said for investing some time in the humble nap. So much in fact, that there's enough data to compile an exhaustive (and exhausting) infographic.

In between some naps of their own, the folks at Patio Productions have put together the ultimate guide to napping - from the optimum short-sleep times to the companies that actively encourage their workers to take them.
