Every On-Screen Death In Star Wars In Under 3 Minutes

STORMTROOPERS_ctf19351.jpg

Think the original Star Wars trilogy is an innocent array of spaceships and intergalactic rompery? Well, think again.

Someone with lots of time on their hands has comped together every single on-screen fatality in Episodes IV, V and VI for a YouTube video that lasts just under three minutes. The result is quite astonishing. The death toll only takes 17 seconds to top 2 billion.

If you're worried that the video creator is a maverick working with dodgy fictional data, don't be concerned. The figures represented within are ratified by Wookieepedia, the downright infallible Star Wars resource (that anyone can edit.)

Click below and, like countless Storm Troopers, prepare to be blown away.
