Every Human Spaceflight Vehicle Charted To Scale

1.jpg
Death, sweaty spacesuits, dry-freeze Sunday roasts, aimless floating.

While there are many downsides to space travel and mankind’s pursuit of new worlds in that darkened abyss, the upsides far outweigh them. One of those being spacecraft.

We’re only as good as the technology we have powering us, you see, so considering the distances we've so far been able to fly to from this floating rock, you can be damn sure our spaceships have been impressive.

And now one clever chap, Reddit user Heaney555, has posted this captivating and fully-scaled chart of all the vehicles to ever carry humans out to space. And by fully-scaled we mean it - zoom in and see the tiny astronauts who provide brilliant perspective of the sheer size of these craft.

Why are there are no posters of this yet? Houston, we have a problem.
