Every Game Boy Start Screen

Sometimes, it's the anticipation that's the best bit.

In the old days (and, in some cases, still now) the title screens for games were a mini work of art in themselves, and that includes the rather limited scope of the Game Boy canvas.

So, this amazing/ridiculous video created by YouTuber NickspolsionFX deserves to be appreciated as a work on a level with Leonardo, or Van Gogh perhaps - as it features the Start screens of every (give or take a couple) original Game Boy game ever.

We're not sure even we have got the patience to sit through all 2 hours and 42 minutes of it, but it's there if you fancy it, and that's comforting. Start gorging yourselves below.
