Big Bang Theory Lego Figures Coming

The characters on the show would be overjoyed with this latest announcement.

LEGO have announced that one of their new official sets will be that of The Big Bang Theory, the hugely successful science-based US sitcom.

Currently in its eighth series, the programme, which follows the adventures of Sheldon, Penny, Leonard, Howard, Raj, Bernadette, Amy and the rest, is one of the highest-rated shows in the US and elsewhere, and LEGO have responded to a fan request to LEGO-ify the programme's characters and abodes.

It's going to be based on a set created by LEGO and Big Bang fans Alaterial and Glenbricker - which you can see below - but the release date is currently unknown. Watch the official announcement video below.

Bazinga, indeed.
