A Ride On The World's Tallest Waterslide

“Don’t look down.” Wise words ahead of a steep drop - particularly one which that has you plummet down a 17-storey waterslide taller than Niagara Falls at breakneck speed.

Should this best describe your own course of action, don't worry, you can now ride down the world’s largest (and as yet unopened) water slide from the comfort of your computer screen, thanks to the recently released video, below.

Despite already holding the Guinness World Record for being the planet's biggest, the 168ft aqua attraction at Kansas City’s Schlitterbahn water park has been hindered by a series of set-backs, meaning this adrenaline-sodden footage will have to sate any appetite to ride in the meantime.

Then again, you can always throw a glass of water over yourself. Just mind the monitor, okay?
