Headed to some distant tropical paradise this summer? You lucky thing.

Now if you're anywhere near as shallow as us (don't pretend you're not), you'll probably be looking to work hard on accumulating those give-away indicators that you've spent a week having a much better experience of life than everyone else: glowing tan, an unsociable number of cocktail photos, a new loud shirt.

What you don't want to hear on your arrival back home is something along the lines of, "Oh gosh, you look shattered. Bad jet lag?".
