It's cruel to do it, we know. Picking TV stations up on their every on-air blunder is unfair and shouldn't be tolerated. But often, it's funny.
Take this instance on BBC Scotland, last week, when a news item about the Nazis was ill-synchronised with images from a completely different story, resulting in one unfortunate being dubbed Rudolph Hess.
It's not as if they recovered from their error well, either. Enough from us, more from Auntie Beeb...
