Learner driver hits wrong pedal

Car_HERO.jpg

In a fictional world, driving a car would be like Mario Kart. In real life, however, coordinating the clutch, brake and gas pedals can be a tricky manoeuvre.

Clearly, driver Wen Le was experiencing this very problem when she accidentally pressed on the accelerator while she was parking.

Wen Le who lives in Xiaolan, Guangdong province, southern China, was mid-lesson when she hit the gas pedal instead of the brake. She then shot through a wall leaving the car stuck half in and half out of an alley (pictured, below).

She said: "I don't know what happened. I was parking very carefully and the car just took off."

Fingers-crossed she'll remember the difference in time for her test.
