This woman's literary staircase will make you want to take a page out of her book

Pippa Braham. We're just letting you know the name of your new idol in advance, because you'll need to get some supplies to create a shrine for her in your home.

Pippa Braham is the creator and owner of a beautiful literary staircase, where each step is painted like the spine of one of her favourite novels.

Pippa Braham used the opportunity that moving into her first ever permanent home gave her, and spent just £20 to create her unique set of stairs.

Pippa Braham mixed play sand in with the paint, so that the stairs weren't slippy for her children. Damn, that's some classic Pippa Braham.

Pippa Braham coated the paintings with Plasti-Kote clear varnish spray to make sure they were scuff-proof and waterproof.

Pippa Braham then shared these pictures, in order to show how it's done. Thanks, Pip. Thanks, Mrs. B. Thanks, Pippa Braham.
