The Science Of Getting Drunk

drunkman.jpg

We all look forward to sinking a bit of booze come the weekend (or even on school nights for the seriously adventurous among us) but most of us do it unthinkingly, not aware of the complex reactions that are going on inside us.

Likewise, we're dimly aware of the consequences of too much alcohol - the dreaded hangover, and the utter necessity of procuring a kebab before hitting the hay - but we're probably less informed as to exactly why these things happen.

Bestcollegesonline have put together this fascinating infographic which details all the science behind drinking, as well as documenting the different types of drunk you can encounter out in the wild, as well as a look how we all react differently depending on our size and gender.

Now every time you have a skinful, you can legitimately claim that you're conducting scientific research.
