Not even molten copper can fully destroy a Big Mac

Big Macs, for all their delectable benefits, are pretty much the Terminator of fast foods: iconic, thickly robust and given half the chance they’d kill John Conner (via cholesterol).

The iconic dish also shares something else in common with Skynet’s chief killing machine. That being: if you want to properly destroy one and leave no trace, you’re going to need a lot of molten metal to do it. And we mean a lot.

The latest in a long line of Molten Copper vs objects, YouTube user Tito4re has frightened us no end with his one, showing us all exactly how well one of Ronald McDonald’s finest lasts against boiling copper.

Slightly too well if you ask us. Looking like some sort of paid-for flame-grilled ad, each patty acts as a shield for the layers underneath. If it has you wondering how long your stomach takes to digest one of these chaps, click here to see what happens to your body one hour after eating a Big Mac.

An idea for the next test: chucking a Happy Meal in Mordor’s Mount Doom.
