Foie Gras Ice Cream

FoisGrasHERO.jpg

The people at OddFellows Ice Cream Company in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, truly worship ice cream.

Not for them a vanilla or, if you're feeling daring, a mint choc chip - no, they believe that ice cream should be free to run wild with every imaginable flavour out there.

But not many would have predicted their latest combination: foie gras, cocoa and peanut butter-flavoured ice cream.

It's available in-store only, and in a single scoop, so you don't go too mad and overdose on duck liver dessert: we've all done it at one time or another haven't we?
