You can rent the house from Spaced

No one likes flat hunting. Least of all Daisy and Tim from the legendary Channel 4 TV series Spaced.

But we may have found just the pad for fans of the show, which ran from 1999 to 2001. The house that the two stayed in, masquerading as a couple to keep on the right side of Landlady Marsha, is on the market to rent.

The property, in North London's Tufnell Park, is listed on Zoopla (for TMD Properties) as a refurbished two double bedroom flat in a Grade II listed period building. The rent for the house in Carleton Road is a whopping £1,993 per month. Still, it's probably still better value than the £700 'studio flat' we featured yesterday.

Alongside the bedrooms, it features a kitchen/diner, a utility room, a large shower room, access to a rear patio area, a hall and a reception room. Perhaps you could rent out the latter room to a struggling modern artist?

The property was previously available in 2010, but back in the Spaced days, it was 'on the market' for just £90 a week - and that was fully furnished.

Never mind, if you get that job at Flaps you'll probably be on enough money to put an offer in.
