What could make The Trip even better? If your first answer is nothing then we can empathise but think a little bit harder and "an Italian backdrop" might well be next up.

The meta-comedy which saw Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon play themselves is going on holiday for season two, and a new trailer has just arrived.

It builds on the clip we saw back in January, and gives us a quick look at some of the food and impressions that we can look forward to when it all kicks off next month.

We're excited and hungry at the thought.

The Trip to Italy begins April 4th on BBC Two
