The Simpsons Ikea couch gag is flatpack brilliance

simpsons.jpg

Take long-running American animated sitcom part A. Insert into Swedish affordable furniture manufacturer part B. Sit back with a warm, cheesy bar of part C.

What do you mean you can't find your part C? Is it still in the box?

Ah no matter, The Simpsons' latest Ikea-themed 'Build your own couch gag' still works. The work of Michal Socha, it blends the familiar yellow family with the simple line drawing style of Ikea's simple-yet-always-misleading flatpack furniture instructions.

Does anyone know the Swedish for "Brilliant"?
