Jon Hamm To Star In Black Mirror Christmas Special

Forget turkey this Christmas, it’s all about Hamm.

Jon Hamm, of course - as the Mad Men and recently Million Dollar Arm star will be featuring alongside Rafe Spall and Oona Chaplin as the nightmarishly good Black Mirror returns for a festive feature-length special.

The three trippy interweaving episodes, sure to be as satirically on-the-money as what we’ve previously enjoyed in the dark Charlie Brooker-created series, will take the theme of ‘Yuletide techno-paranoia, and behinds filming in the UK this week.

After working with Sky Playhouse Presents, it’s the latest bit of British telly that Hamm has been involved in, with the US actor set to appear in all three episodes. And it transpires he's a bit of a fanboy of the show: “I am beyond thrilled to be a part of the Black Mirror Christmas Special. I have been a massive fan of the show since its inception."

He continues, “Its dark humour and intelligent observation of our society and values hooked me deeply as a viewer and I'm honoured that Charlie and the rest of the creative team have asked me to participate in wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas."

December really cannot come quick enough.
