Gripping New Teaser For True Detective

true-final.jpg

Not for nothing is HBO’s True Detective gathering word of mouth at a frantic pace - and just when you thought your appetite couldn’t be any more whetted at the prospect of Carey Fukuanga’s eight episode mini-series, another tantalising teaser falls into your path.

Starring Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson as two (yes, you guessed it) detectives chasing a serial killer across Louisiana over a 17 year slog, the latest trailer shines a proverbial torch on the duo’s respective and conflicting personalities, each becoming unsurprisingly shadier as they delve deeper into the mind of a mass murderer across almost two decades.

Which, with any luck, should put your own wait into perspective: the show begins on Sky Atlantic in February.
