We've bought sofa snacks. We've dog-eared the significant chapters of the books for cross-referencing. We've got Kit Harington on the cover. 

To help us through the next two weeks of waiting, HBO have granted us one last trailer for season six of Game of Thrones. And boy does it whet the appetite. 

Dragons. Knives. A manly choir making odd-yet-atmospheric "Whoo-Haa" noises.
