Coogan and Brydon do The Dark Knight Rises

One of the many pleasures of Michael Winterbottom's foodie comedy The Trip was seeing Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon offer up a variety of amusing impressions, of varying quality...

Realising this, the very first clip from upcoming sequel series The Trip To Italy has them both doing their finest takes on Dark Knight Rises, from Bane to yep, you guessed it, Michael Caine.

Over in the US, like with the first series, it's been turned into a movie, which just premiered to mixed reviews at Sundance. But here in the UK, we'll be treated to a full BBC series later this year. Because we're special.

The Trip To Italy hits later this year on BBC Two
