An Illustrated Guide To Every Game Of Thrones Death

deathhero.jpg

A shock? A ruinous? An anguish? We're not sure if anyone has come up with a collective noun for a group of spoilers, but consider yourself warned that the following piece is laden with them - and death. A graveyard of death. Some 456 in fact.

That's how many characters have been put to the sword/arrow/dragon in HBO's Game of Thrones.

Such is the length of the show's DIA list that the team at The Washington Post have commissioned a staggeringly detailed Valar Morghulis (All men must die) visual guide.

The interactive obituaries cross reference each death by season (of which Four clocks in top with a cast-emptying 182), death by location (don't visit King's Landing), and deadliest characters, with further details provided on method of death. It even lists the manner in which minor supporting cast members and "generic smallfolk" meet their end.

We've highlighted some of our favourite stats below, but to see the full guide in all its grizzly glory, head here
